Job portals, or job boards, are websites and pages where we can place job advertisements so that information can reach people easily. These are an integral part of almost every recruitment process.
In addition, we can apply for jobs through these sites which are free of cost. They are also used effectively to select eligible candidates for relatively low cost.
Various platforms and institutions have been launched in Pakistan to guide people towards an easy source of employment.
Here are some examples۔
E-Rozgaar is an initiative in Pakistan:
E-Rozgaar
is an initiative by the Government of Punjab, under the leadership of its Chief
Minister to provide training opportunities to youth to
minimize unemployment using internet-based freelancing.
It is not
a job portal but a training program initiated and executed by the Punjab
Information Technology Board (PITB).
What we can do?
Share the link to our job portals in the Freelance platform:
We can share a link with your client on the message board of the Freelance platform as long as it is required to do the job.
Freelancing platforms allow
you to share such information only if it is required by the project but if you
try to take the client outside the platform then the platform can block you.
